Honey-Caramel Apples & Pumpkin Spice Caramels
Remember last year, when Max and I tried to make Gourmet’s red wine caramel apples - and failed miserably? I’m redeeming myself this Halloween with an awesome, simple, relatively healthy recipe for caramel apples. A recipe that works this time.
You can then use any leftover caramel - or just make up a second batch - to create these spicy and delicious pumpkin pie spice caramels. Wrap ‘em up and take ‘em to a party, everyone’ll love you.

Oct 14 - ROCHESTER, NY: Rachel sat on her futon, getting up to change stations on the radio when it went to commercial. She had tried one last time to make the CD player work, but the one mix she felt like playing spun emptily and silently inside. She ejected the disc and yanked on the tray that had dispensed it to her, cracking it so it would not close. She set her drink in its indented circle and found that it looked quite nice that way.
